This position in the Engineering Department reports directly to the Engineering Manager. This position is a member of a dedicated, service-oriented team where collaboration and leadership are promoted at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical person with great attention to detail, strong administrative support experience in an engineering or construction environment and will be capable of keeping track of competing priorities while remaining focused on the overall objective.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications
- A valid California Class C Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
Minimum Experience, Education, and Training Requirements
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative, technical or customer service experience in an office environment preferably with a utility, construction and/or development firm, two (2) years of which should be in support of an engineering or construction management program.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- College level course work in engineering, computer science, public administration, business administration, construction management, mathematics and/or accounting is highly desirable.
