Utility Crew Member I.II.III

At HELIX WATER DISTRICT, reliability is the starting point, not the finish line. This is especially true for our construction section. We are looking for (2) Utility Crew Members to join our team. In this role, we need individuals who are willing to work hard, take pride in doing high-quality work and support the people beside you. Utility Crew Member I: $31.74 – $40.52/hourly
Utility Crew Member II: $36.76 – $46.92/hourly
Utility Crew Member III: $40.52 – $51.73/hourly

Annual Merit Increases: Full-time employees are eligible for 5% merit increases on an annual basis until they reach the top of their pay range.

Qualified candidates for the Utility Crew Member I/II/III will possess the following:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction-related field
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class C California driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under the district’s vehicle insurance policy.
