Scheduled salary increases include the following:

July 1, 2024: 6% (Salary Adjustment + Cost-of-Living Adjustment)

July 1, 2025: 2 – 4% Cost-of-Living Adjustment

Annual Merit Increases: Full-time employees are eligible for 5% merit increases on an annual basis until they reach the top of their pay range.

Utility Crew Member I: $29.05 – $37.08/hourly (Eff. 7/1/24: $30.79 – $39.30/hourly)

Utility Crew Member II: $32.03 – $40.88/hourly (Eff. 7/1/24: $33.95 – $43.33/hourly)

Utility Crew Member III: $35.32 – $45.07/hourly (Eff. 7/1/24: $37.44 – $47.77/hourly)

Placement in the job classification is dependent on your experience, skills and certification level.
