Benefits Package Includes:

Compensation:

• Customer Service Representative I:  $30.79 – $39.30/hourly
• Customer Service Representative II: $35.65 – $45.51/hourly
• 3.1% cost-of-living increase effective 7/1/25

The Customer Service Representative position is a non-exempt, entry- to journey-level customer service and support class. The Customer Service Representative I is the entry-level class. For advancement to Customer Service Representative II, certain proficiency criteria must be met. Typically, proficiency is met within a 24-to-36-month period.
